He is a frequent lecturer to attorneys at various statewide continuing legal education seminars. He is an innovative and aggressive trial lawyer who attacks every case with tenacity. He is experienced in all aspects of personal injury, divorce, and criminal defense. He heads up the litigation team at Cravens & Noll.
Partner, David Noll, leads the Bankruptcy Practice Group and focuses primarily on bankruptcy and personal injury. David is an excellent negotiator. He brings a calm and collaborative approach to negotiating and solving family law issues, bankruptcy cases, business issues, and settling personal injury cases.
W. Allan Burns focuses on domestic relations, bankruptcy and personal injury. He brings extensive research and writing skills to support our trial practice team, and is an excellent litigator.
