J. Brian Bailey
J. Brian Bailey attended The College of William and Mary where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Government before enrolling at Regent University School of Law. While studying law at Regent, he worked as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Robert J. Humphreys in the Court of Appeals of Virginia and served as Vice-Chair and Legal Research and Writing Coordinator for Regent’s Moot Court Board and interned at the Virginia Office of the Attorney General.
After receiving his J.D. from Regent University, Mr. Bailey served three years as Law Clerk for the Chief Staff Attorney at the Supreme Court of Virginia and was granted a Legal Fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University. Brian now works as an Associate at Cravens & Noll, P.C. where he maintains close relationships with his clients and strives to achieve the best result for each individual.
